SWS Electronic Grenade Storage Lite (EGS Lite) is designed specially to meet the weapon inventory control and monitoring of ammunition and grenade. Constructed on a BS7558:1992 compliant tamper resistance steel structure with 2mm thick highly durable Electro Galvanised (EG) steel plate, SWS EGS Lite provides a secure housing with electronics access control to house the the customer’s existing weapon safe or third party safe. User will have to perform a biometric authentication through the 7” LCD display. The front door is controlled by a patented shutter control mechanism. Designed for mission critical application with failed safe mechanical emergency override for instant release and back up battery for 12 hours of continuous operation. Built-in embedded controllers for real time alert and status monitoring. Instant electronics transactions transmitted to command control centre with gigabit local area network port or optional 5G wireless modem.
